Adjustments have been formulated in the Fundamentals of State Policy in the field of nuclear deterrence. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on September 26.

He added that the decision to publish a new version of the doctrine would be made later.

Peskov pointed out that the main changes were announced the day before by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
