On Thursday, September 26, the Izvestia Media Center is hosting a round table discussion of the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISR) on the topic "Development and implementation of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" continues: the first specialized courses".
The second year of teaching in universities of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood", developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has started. The round table discusses general issues of teaching the discipline, its goals and objectives, taking into account the experience gained so far. Particular attention is paid to the creation of the first three specialized versions of the textbook for certain areas of training: pedagogy, medicine and specialties of the so-called power block.

- Andrei Iokhim, Associate Professor of the Department of Comparative Political Science at Lumumba RUDN, Head of the Scientific and Educational Center "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" at Lumumba RUDN, coordinator of the expert group for the development of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" for medical universities;
- Igor Mazurov, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History and Law at Smolensk State University, Director of the Organizational, Methodological and Information Center to ensure the introduction of the "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" module into the educational programs of law enforcement-oriented universities;
- Andrei Polosin, Vice-Rector of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, scientific director of the "DNA of Russia" project;
- Nikolay Promyslov, Acting Rector of the State Academy of Sciences of Russia;
- Dmitry Rostislavlev, Director of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Education, Moscow State Pedagogical University, coordinator of the expert group for the development of the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" for pedagogical universities;
