Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed his authorized representative in the Urals Federal District, Vladimir Yakushev. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of state on September 24.

"To dismiss Vladimir Vladimirovich Yakushev from the post of plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District. This decree shall come into force from the date of its signing," - stated in the document published on the portal of legal information.
