Singer SHAMAN (Yaroslav Dronov) returned 15 million rubles to the budget of the Stavropol region for the failed performance at the Day of the city and the region. This was reported to Izvestia on September 24 in the press service of the region's governor Vladimir Vladimirov.
"Yes, the funds have been returned," the press service said.
The amount of 15 million 300 thousand 300 rubles was returned on Wednesday, September 18.
The artist was scheduled to perform on September 14 at the celebration of the day of the Stavropol region. According to the results of the governor's poll in Telegram-channel about whether it is worth spending money on the artists' performances, the event was canceled.
