A bear mauled 30 dogs at the Primorsky shelter
A bear entered the territory of a dog shelter in Luchegorsk and mauled 30 animals. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region in Telegram-channel on September 24.
"According to preliminary information, 30 animals were injured as a result of the incident. On the scene of the incident put forward a detachment of patrol-post service, district police commissioners, employees of the hunting supervision", - stated in the message.
It is specified that at the moment measures are being taken to catch the bear. On the territory of Luchegorsk police officers conduct constant patrolling.
"Perhaps he is somewhere not far away. Of course, I would like this bear to be caught faster," - said a volunteer Irina, working in the shelter, which the animal attacked.
Earlier, on September 23, it was reported that a bear mauled a father and his son in a cottage in the Pozharsky district of Primorsky Krai. The victims died on the spot.
