In Balagansk, Irkutsk region, a schoolboy attacked his classmates, tentatively, three children were injured as a result. This was reported by the source of "Izvestia" on September 23.
As Telegram-channel "112" adds, a student of the 8th grade attacked his peers when they were changing for physical education. He burst into the locker room and swung a hammer in a non-targeted manner. The blows struck those who were standing closer.
The eighth-grader was stopped by a teacher who came running to the noise. The victims were treated for bruises, the doctors did not reveal any reasons for hospitalization. Currently, law enforcers are working with the attacker, the reasons for his aggression are being investigated.
On the fact of the incident a criminal case was initiated, reported in the management of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region in Telegram.
"Zalarinsky inter-district investigative Department of the IC of Russia in the Irkutsk region initiated a criminal case on the signs of a crime under part 3 of article 30, paragraphs "a", "c" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of two or more minors"), part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal code ("negligence")", - specified in the department.
Earlier, on September 16, at school № 68 in Chelyabinsk, a student attacked other students and teachers with a hammer, the emergency occurred after a conflict between the student and his classmates. As a result, five people were injured: four children and one adult. Criminal cases have been opened under articles on the organization of murder and negligence, the attacker was detained. The Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko took control of the situation with the provision of assistance.
