Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk has changed her surname to her former one - Kim. She wrote about it on September 23 in her Telegram channel.

"The best choice is to remain yourself always. Your Tatiana (from today - again) Kim," she announced her decision.

In mid-June, Wildberries and Russ Group announced a merger to jointly create a new digital shopping platform.

On July 30, Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit against her husband Vladislav for divorce. The next day, the founder of the marketplace said that problems in her relationship with her husband and misunderstandings in their couple had arisen long before the announcement of the merger of the marketplace with the outdoor advertising operator Russ. She noted that the fuss her husband made over the merger of Wildberries and Russ was the last straw. Later she said that her husband owns 1% of Wildberries shares and does not participate in the management of the company.

On September 12, the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow held a conversation with the lawyers of the founder of Wildberries and her husband on the topic of their future divorce. Vladislav Bakalchuk's lawyer Elena Kovaleva said that he does not want to divorce and would like to keep the family.

On September 18, the press service of the combined company Wildberries and Russ reported about an attempt to illegally enter Bakalchuk's office. He, in turn, said that he and his team tried to attack. Later, Tatiana Bakalchuk called the incident a raid led by her husband.

After the emergency it was reported about the death of two office guards, detentions of the participants of the conflict took place, charges in the case were brought against more than 30 defendants. Bakalchuk himself was detained for two days, he was charged under articles on murder, attempted murder and self-rule. Later, on September 20, the man reported that he was released home.
