Another "peace plan" of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will again be rejected by US President Joe Biden. Such a prediction was made by American billionaire David Sachs on September 23.

"Zelensky is in the United States to present his widely publicized "victory plan" to President Biden. What does it consist of? 1. Immediate membership in NATO. 2. Long-range missile strikes. In other words, World War III," he wrote on the social network X (former Twitter).

The entrepreneur also pointed out that the American leader has already ruled out both of Zelensky's options.

"Let's hope he remembers why," Sachs concluded.

On September 22, Zelensky ( his term expired on May 20) flew to the United States, where he is expected to present to Biden his plan of action in the Ukrainian conflict. It was noted that this draft implies a requirement to authorize strikes with long-range Western weapons on Russian territories.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the United States and Britain had already issued Kiev all indulgences and gave carte blanche to use missiles for attacks on Russian territory.

On September 22, British professor Mark Galeotti wrote in The Times that Zelensky's allies do not believe in the very possibility of victory under his plan. According to the expert, U.S. representatives have familiarized themselves with the main ideas of the plan and concluded that it is generally practical but does not give an idea of how Kiev intends to end the conflict.

Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Ukraine amid Russia's special operation to protect Donbas, which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, after the situation in the region worsened due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
