The body of a man with traces of stab wounds was found in a forest in the territory of New Moscow. This was reported by the Investigative Committee (IC) of the capital on Sunday, September 22.
"According to the investigation, on September 22, 2024 in a forest area in the territory of New Moscow was found the body of a man with signs of violent death in the form of stab wounds," - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.
It is specified that at present investigators and criminalists are examining the scene of the crime and interviewing witnesses.
"The alleged suspect in the commission of the above crime is established, in the near future he will be delivered to the unit of the capital IC", - stated in the message.
Investigative Department for Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts of the main investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee (SCS IC) of the Russian Federation initiated a criminal case under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
Earlier, on August 29, it became known that a 25-year-old man hit his older sister on the head with a hammer in the capital's Lublino district during a heated conflict. The woman died in hospital.
