Kiev should report to Western countries on the planning of combat operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov on air of the TV channel "Rada", the record was published on YouTube on Saturday, September 21.

"When we explain our plan of offensive, counter-offensive or defense operations, we always explain the goals, with what forces and means we will do it, so that our [Western] partners are aware of it," Umerov stressed.

He noted that the issue has been raised to a strategic level.

Earlier, on September 19, Irish journalist Chay Bose said that after five years of rule, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had practically destroyed his country. He also emphasized that despite the situation in the country, Zelensky, being a "Washington puppet", believes in the victory of his army.

Prior to that, on September 11, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that US President Joe Biden could not put an end to the conflict in Ukraine even if he made a call to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He added that this could only be facilitated by the United States abandoning its policy of using Ukraine as an expendable material in an attempt to suppress everything related to the Russian Federation.

On September 2, Vladimir Putin said that the main reason for the current situation in Ukraine is the anti-Russian policy of the collective West led by the United States. In his words, in 2014, "the Americans and their satellites" organized an armed coup d'état in Ukraine, whose ideologists and main participants were radical neo-Nazi groups.

Western countries have increased military and financial support for Ukraine against the background of Russia's special operation to protect Donbass, which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, after the situation in the region worsened due to shelling by the Ukrainian military. However, the West has recently been increasingly vocal about the need to reduce support for Kiev.
