Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose term of office expired in May, has said that Kiev is developing a plan that should become "the start and foundation" for holding peace talks with Moscow. This was reported on Saturday, September 21, in the Telegram channel of the UNIAN agency.

According to Zelensky, quoted in the report, three points of the relevant document are already ready. The Ukrainian leader also noted that after the work is completed, Kiev will be ready to organize a dialogue with Moscow "in any format and with any of its representatives."

"In early November, the entire plan will be ready," Zelensky said.

In addition, he reported the desire of many of the country's Western partners to see Russia as a participant in the next "peace summit," Gazeta.Ru pointed out . The first such conference was held in June this year in Switzerland, and there were no Russian diplomats at it.

Before that, on September 19, political scientist and military analyst Vadim Mingalev noted in a conversation with Izvestia that Kiev has no plan. There are Zelensky's ideas based on his fantasies and backed up by the theses of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Oleksandr Syrskyy, and other members of his clique.

Earlier, on September 14, the Bild newspaper wrote that Zelenskyy intended to visit the USA to present his plan of action in the Ukrainian conflict to Biden. As noted, the draft implies a demand to authorize strikes with long-range Western weapons on Russian territories.

The last round of talks was held in Istanbul on March 29, 2022. Later, Kiev officially refused contacts with Moscow.
