The season of preparation for the New Year holidays has begun in Russia - the most prudent users of Avito Travel are already deciding where they will spend the night from December 31 to January 1 and booking daily accommodation. On September 22, analysts of the platform told "Izvestia" what objects are already rented by users of the service for the New Year.

On average in Russia, daily apartments are booked about twice as often as out-of-town objects (67% vs. 33%). The highest demand is for "one-bedroom" (36%), "two-bedroom" (31%) and studios (23%). Larger formats attract 10% of tenants.

The most popular destinations for early booking of serviced apartments for New Year holidays are Krasnodar region (13% of all apartment bookings), Kaliningrad region (10%), Stavropol region and Tatarstan (5% each). The most affordable apartments for rent among the 10 most popular regions are in Stavropol Krai (4300 rubles), Kaliningrad (4400 rubles) and Moscow regions (4700 rubles). The highest prices are in Chelyabinsk region (Br6,900) and Krasnodar region (Br6,500). The longest New Year celebrations are planned in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, as well as in the Kaliningrad and Yaroslavl Regions (five days each), and the most people will stay in serviced apartments in the Yaroslavl Region (four guests on average).

In the countryside segment, the highest demand is for houses (72% of daily bookings) and cottages (24%). Townhouses and summer houses are booked much less frequently (2% each) for New Year holidays. Among the regions, the Leningrad (12%) and Moscow regions (10%) are the leaders in terms of the number of reservations.

Among the most popular subjects of the Russian Federation the cheapest daily rent of country houses for New Year holidays is in Stavropol Krai (7000 rubles per night), Nizhny Novgorod Oblast (8200 rubles) and Krasnodar Krai (8700 rubles). The highest prices are in Moscow Region (21300 rubles) and Leningrad Region (18400 rubles).

On average, users plan to rent countryside accommodation for New Year's holidays for three days, and the largest company will celebrate in Tatarstan (eight guests) and Nizhny Novgorod region (seven guests).

"New Year is an exceptional date for Russians, and due to high demand daily real estate during the holiday week is more expensive. If we compare the cost of already booked properties with current prices, daily apartments, on average, are rented for 5,500 rubles on New Year's Eve against 3,600 rubles in September, and countryside properties - for 15,500 rubles against the current 9,150 rubles. The closer to the date, the less favorable in terms of price-quality ratio objects will remain. And, although there are still more than 100 days until the New Year, it is most profitable to determine plans for the winter holidays now," - said the head of "Avito Travel" Artem Kromochkin.

September 6, travel planning service OneTwoTrip told "Izvestia", where you can profitably go on New Year vacations, if you buy airline tickets and book a hotel in the near future.

Thus, the most budget travel across the country on New Year's Eve will be a trip to Pskov: the average cost of a one-way flight is 4500 rubles, and a night in a three-star hotel will cost 2500 rubles. A little more expensive tourists will pay for a vacation in Karelia: 8000 rubles for a ticket to Petrozavodsk and 6000 for a night in a hotel. On the third line of the rating is Yaroslavl: you can spend the holidays in the capital of the Golden Ring, spending 9000 rubles for an airplane and about 3500 rubles for accommodation.
